Chaos Witch - need help with life recovery

Im sitting at roughly 316 life recovery right now.

I can reach 186 demon from stacks before it starts reducing my health.

I see a lot of youtubes vids with players going into 300 stacks.

What am I missing?

I have 2 mings (one is -24 and the other -20), wearing ghostwrithe. I have 353 hp.

My ammy is speccing into life regen for selected passive. I've got 9 +12 or higher regen jewels.

The one thing I don't have is that jewel that increases all other jewels. Is that the main thing missing?
