BalorMage's Holy Relic Necromancer

im running BalorMage's Holy Relic Necromancer and ive made it to 93 finally but i seem to have gotten stuck.
im having trouble running t 16 maps and not dying al least once, im just not managing to keep any XP.
also i tried bossing and I need to defeat the maven and the elder in the shapers realm for my atlas but both of those have been complete and utter failures when I attampt them.

does anyone have any advice on how i could tweak my build or gear to finess a little more out of it to possibly complete even more content?
