can anyone help me with my build or gear

totally new, unsure what to do. i die so often. i'm at the end of act 10. i have 0 armor and am all evasion and es, res capped. playing ls blind prophet, chose my own nodes so far.

all advice welcome.

ik i need to craft more hp on my gear but i dont have the affix for more than 40 hp so it feels pointless.
