New minion damage conversion glove mod

Does anyone know if the new mod that gives 100% fire to chaos conversion work for Summon Raging Spirits? If so, where do I find it?

I looked on poe db but I couldn't find the mod listed. Sorry if this has already been discussed, but I can't find anything mentioning it
