Trying to play CoC ice spear pathfinder 3.26 can i make it happen?

Hey im trying to increase my damage & survivability with this build but im not sure where to go. The clear feels amazing but single target & living simple boss mechanics is tough. i've invested about 75 div so far & have 50 to spend. What should i do ? Thanks
