OK thanks, still have not dabbled in the high end master crafting but I think I get it now. So in short I could spend 2 ex to craft "prefixes cant be changed" scour it and then spend another 2 ex to multi mod it and add attack speed, crit chance, and then one more prefix still? What would be best here for that mod, either Weap Ele Dam or attack projectiles return to you?

Then use more :). You're not forced to use the build as is; you're free to adapt it to your needs. Also don't forget that Acuity have 60% leech effectiveness where Vaal Pact keeps the 100% value.
And don't forget leech on gear and jewels.

Both are back at 100%, - the nerfs have been removed at 2.0.0.

Should I multimod it ? And more important, should i remove the cold res before ? i mean is it worth the investment, is the base bow good enough ? I am just having something about ~3ex atm to get some upgrade (still doesn't have maligaro's yet), so im wondering about what should i do ^^. (i also have a base ilvl74 6L citadel bow, should i better use my currency on it ?)

Depends on if you want to go on playing selffound or not. If so you it will probably take some time to get a better base and then you should probably multicraft it and remove coldres before. If not and you are planning to buy a bow at some point you should just leave it like it is, because you won't gain a lot more value than it will cost you.

Thanks for your answer, i don't particularly want to play selfound :) But, I was really thinking my bow would worth at least a multimod, but well, i'll keep on farming to buy another one i guess :)

Ive linked my 6L TS as on a 373 pdps harbinger

ICD + PPAD + PTL + FA+ TS + GMP

ive an 80 inc critical strike dmg ( level 21/20)

73.5 critical strike chance in town..... ( not sure if that is waay overboard....)
im running with 32K TS tool tip dps with hatred + HOI.... ( linked to curse on hit + assasins mark)

Ive a crit multi of 510 with tornando shot due to ICD.. is that the normal crit multi on tornando shot or is it usually higher ?
ive lost about 20-30 crit multi on my ammy .... At this point I am not sure if i can get a decent talisman/ammy for cheap.....

How much unreserved mana do you guys work with? at 90+

I am working with 172 unreserved while only having the dualleechnode for mana and using Hatred and Herald of Ice. - Works great. But i am playing with Acuitys, which is quite a difference. Back when i played with Maligaros instead i never used more than 1 manaleechnode, or item, too. Worked as well, but 6-link Frenzy was kind of problematic without instantmanaleech.

Your setup confuses me greatly. Overall you go down the middle of the road on a few occasions which leads to a quite low damage output (I have a 360pdps harbinger bow and I at 78K TS dps with hatred + herald of ash (27,6k autoattack)).

First thing: Your passives. You invest way to much into mana leech / mana regain. There are also other things you should change but it depends on the following:

Is your build a Queen of the Forest build? If yes - Drop hatred and utilize grace and use your passives for higher damage output. Currently your net gain is somthing like 5% movement speed or so which is next to nothing. For Queen of the Forest to worth it you need 15 or percent movement speed bonus from that armor piece. Your own Queen of the Forest has a bad roll on evasion (the most important stat). I strongly recommend to find a new one or replace it.

There is a lot about your gear setup that is ... to put it short wrong (read my response in this thread to understand why and apply the concept it to your own gear setup). I know it is response to another question but I hope to you can understand the concept behind opportunity cost from each item slot and how it goes together with talents.

Moving on:
AoE skill setup: Read this thread

Long story short: do not use PTL without WED. They go together.
So either you go for PTL + WED
OR
AFD + ICS (or PCOC).

But this again requires you to be safe from reflect so A) either go for acuity / vaal pact or B) go for AFD + ICS (or PCOC) or C) go for PTL + WED + grace with Queen of the Forest.

And for concrete advice:
Items to replace:
Amulet, belt, rings,
Amulet: Crit multi > flat phys > crit chance > life > int / str / all attributes > res
Rings: To begin with Res > Life > int / str / all attributes > damage. Later on (your goal) Prio is flat phys > accuracy > life + needed res / attributes.
Belt: Res > HP > elemental damage.

Passives:
Queen of the Forest setup (oak, kraityn, kill all).


Without Queen of the Forest setup (oak, kraityn, kill all).
