how do you keep ur mana up? iam running out of mana all the time , iam running windripper, lightning coil build , iam lvl 66

if you do enough dps you just need they 0.4% hybrid mana leech node in the skill tree.
But earlier on you can spec into the many mana leech nodes available on the tree. Its really strong because post 2.1 all damage is considered for mana leech.

What I'm thinking about doing right now is: Getting Maligaro's and The Retch. Then I would adapt my jewelery to whatever I needed res and life wise. As far as a new bow goes, I don't have too much currency and I don't see any significantly affordable upgrade, so I might stay with it for a while. I'm also upgrading my quiver soon.

Anyway, I'm kinda lost on what to do. I could get a better rare belt and go offensive on a new set of jewlery.

Any further insight and/or suggestions will be much appreciated.

This is what you should aim for in each gear slot to maximize your damage / survivability:

Head: Rat's Nest
Chest: Rare - HP > Evasion > Resist
Boots: Rare - movement speed > HP > Resist
Gloves: Maligaro's
Belt: Rare (Rustic or a really good Leather) - HP > Resist > WED (most likely enchant)
Amulet: Rare - DMG (flat phys, crit multi, crit chance) > HP > attributes (most likely 0 resists)
Bow: DPS
Quiver: Spike-Point Quiver base rare - crit multi > crit chance > WED > HP (possible room for AS enchant).

Jewels & Rings: Balance the last stats you need. That means Get max res and possibly attributes so you do not need to put points into STR / INT (1 x +30 int from passives is most likely a good idea though).
Ring: Diamon base rare: Get flat phys & accuracy. From there on there are several good options, but try to get some decent hp. Crit chance enchant is also nice.

Now: If you want to switch out any item it leads a completely different setup. For instance if you wanted to add lightning coil you would use 2 x topaz rings instead of diamond rings + drop Rat's Nest or Maligaro's for a rare with needed resists.

So if you want to use "the Retch" for sure need to swap out atziri boots for a rare.

Which items should you replace first?
Atziri boots (get a rare)
Amulet (get a rare - not a talisman. Talismans usually sucks).
Bow - Get a 330 pdps harbinger. Yours is below 300.
The Retch is great but I would suggest not combining it with Maligaro's for the time being. Your gear is simply not good enough yet.

Was it reflect? In which tier map? Which map-mods? Which boss / mob type? What kind of damage? What level are you? Where you standing in shocked ground? Did you have full life? Did you get hit by lots of small hits in a fast sequence? I could go on.

Judging from your gear you would end up with something close to 4,8k hp (assuming you are lvl 87 with a total of 165% increased life including jewels). I got 5k hp and very few things one shot me.

Most likely you either did something bad like standing in bad stuff or got hit by some tough boss with tough map mods. Neither counts as a 1-shot.

Edit: Also put on 20% quality on your bow :P

Vinctar is pointless with Acuity. Literally the only useful thing the flask brings us is instant leech. All it does is make you shocked which in return means you need a grounding roll on another flask.

Your Blast Rain setup is kind of bad for a physical bow setup. Instead use BR - CONC - PPAD - FA - ADF - WED. Poison is kind of bad with BR without Voltaxic.

44k TS with PTL and WED setup is insanely low with that bow. I hit 80K Tornado shot with Hatred and Herald of Ash (no golem, frenzy charges, flasks or whatever) with a 360 pdps bow. Yours is 430 and has a higher crit chance. You should easily increase your damage to 110k.

My advice:
In general you focus to much on WED
Switch out Chestpiece or take some resistance nodes in passives.
Your amulet and Quiver should be pure dps item slots. Rule of thumb for these 2 items is 0 resistances. That is your goal.
Your belt is bad. Replace with a triple res Rustic (Leather is okay to) with high life and room for WED enchant or double res, high hp and WED with room for resist enchant.

Those are the items you need to replace first. All your items except the bow / Acuity / Rats Nest are easily replaceable.

Passives: Use at least 1 x +30 INT node. Your items are all lacking damage because you are desperately trying to gain resistance and stat points all over the place.

Try this instead: (possibly invest into cloth and chain for 15% all res)

Edit: Consider switching completely out HoT + CoH + Assassins mark. It sucks for Boss fights, Uber Atziri and Curse Immune map mods.

I just rolled this bow, I'm curious on what to next. This is my first item I've ever crafted and saw the Merciless and Crit. Any help would be fantastic :).
