i have 2 questions which i cant undestand:

1. how do you recieve such great ES regeneration per secod (800+)? i knew im too low level now, only 60 and have 2.900 ES totaly, and i play with Solaris Lorica (thats horribly i knew:) but i make some calculation:

1+0.4+0.4+0.4 = 2.2% regen from skill tree
1.65% 20lvl Vitality gives (my Vitality is 15lvl and gives me 1.4% )

so ... 3.6% totaly i have. When i try to get Zealot's Oath i got
2.900 * 3.6% = 104.4 ES per second

that means even if i get 21lvl Vitality (1.7%) and 8500ES i will get:
8500 * 3.9% = 331.5 ES per second ONLY!!

so what the secret to get 600-800 ES per second?

2. i have seen a few words in your guide about RIGHTEOUS FIRE, but how exactly it can be used? i mean:

a. what i need to do to start use it?
b. what exactly RIGHTEOUS FIRE gives to me?
