so if I understand it: with band of brotherhood you hit with 60% lightning and 40% cold (and 0% fire), your fire and cold resonance rises giving you 15% more cold and 15% more fire damage (since fire is 0% it never get's higher)
for your second hit this turns the damage into 54% lightning and 46%cold, for the third hit it's 48% lightning and 52% cold (this is the maximum of 50 resonance), however now lightning damage is lower then cold damage and you start raising lightning resonance to 25 giving you the benefit of 7-16% (at lvl 20) elemental pen and since arc hits 4 times per cast you effectively have this effect forever fat_weasel#1716 님이 2022. 2. 2. 오후 5:58:12에 마지막으로 편집

"That's a combination of lag and multiple charges. If you cast Flame Dash twice in a row but your computer lags out before you cast the second one, you can end up somewhere not intended. You can also have desync, but that is mostly fixed from what I understand and was similar to server lag. Lightning Warp will queue up to 50 casts. You cast it but then have a delay period. During that delay period you can move, attack, cast, etc freely and then teleport. However, if you keep recasting LW during this delay period, you get multiple back to back teleports, usually to the exact same location. Try it out in game before investing around the skill. " " We are only rolling flat lightning damage. There is no independent range for cold damage unless we add it in via jewels or gear. The lightning to cold ratio will always be exactly the same. " I assumed that first, the damage is rolled and after that conversion happens (which would disable possibility for using Trinity Support in the way Enki described). But according to wiki it is as in your link - first, the conversion happens and there are separate damage ranges and therefore separate rolls for both elements. It was counterintuitive for me but maybe it's designed like this for some other mechanics applying to specific element (add max cold, lucky roll cold, etc.). And I think I can confirm from memory the part from the wiki about tooltip - I believe that Wave of Conviction displays separate ranges after conversion. So I guess Enki's logic holds up - as expected ;) https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Damage_conversion "Conversion is applied on your character to your damage stats, which have minimum and maximum values. You can see that this happens because you can see that the min and max values of each type are already calculated on your skill, accounting for conversion. The update is finally done and the Arc Witch is back!
It felt good to play while testing and the numbers hold up, nothing crazy but it's still Arc after all. I've put the weakest possible setup as default in the POB so that some people that like to spread negativity about this build will make themselves look like idiots for not being able to read the BOLD RED TEXT right below the POB. " you're missing the part of which gems are worthwhile to upgrade to 20% and which can be safily vaaled without, I always found that handy also if I get this correctly: main skill on chest piece single target damage support on helmet (only necessary with imp/demon/archdemon helmet but easier to prepare for) ideally: all other gems on shield, boots and gloves guard skills on weapon also mayhaps some improvements: -more wiki links if possible, I always end up searching specific items to see what exactly they do via the other links you already provide - pointers about where we could get the gear and upgrades: for example I could search the world over for imp helmets and never find any if I dodn't do ritual, same with enchantments, I know that means labyrinth but I don't know that a short while ago |
