I've got probably quite a basic question - how to craft a mod "+1 to minimum frenzy charges and 3% chance to gain a frenzy charge on kill?". I've unveiled it today but in the crafting bench i can craft "+1 to minimum charges" only.

Hi guys. Quick questions...since we dont use the CoB ring anymore is Storm Weaver still the best offensive node annoint? I saw a node with 50 percent ele damage and another couple with crit. Do you guys think those would be better?

Also I got a ring with conductivity and an anomolous arc 21 gem and those upgrades seem to have worked really well.

Last thing is for an onslaught on hit ring, all i ever find are unique rings. Are those good or am I doing something wrong when I search for rares?

Ok thx a lot for the great build. I tried a few other skills and they paled in comparison to arc in enjoyability.

is it worth upgrading from inpulsa to crit based? or would it be better to invest in the wand?

hey, I want to try something out but dont know if the mechanic works:

I did do more then enough damage but felt way too squishy. Besides there was an opportunity to buy a really great Alternatig Sceptre.
So now I have Secrets of Suffering and cannot shock anymore, but sap. the Damage loss is not really noticable.

So now Secrets of suffering also does not let me ignite anymore, but scorch.
But scorch only from critical strikes.

What happens if I skill the ascendany "shaper of flames" and "all damage can ignite".

Would my lighning damage critical strike now cause ignite but because of secrets of suffering they will Scorch? This would be great, because I would significanlty reduce the elemental resistance of the mobs and do not need expsoure anymore.

What do you think?
