Currently 27,700 with agnerod 19,800 with annihilating. I can't know for sure, but I think it's the +2lvl of lightning skills that's making a big difference.

No, problem is triple damage, With anni is 19.800 x3 = 59400

Crystallised Omniscience sadly got way more expensive than expected. While it's strength justifies the cost, it's not reasonable for this build for anything but the high budget setup. I'll work on a new setup, trying to keep as much of the current build intact as possible while not losing too much damage.

should i buy brass dome witout staff ? or just go with rare chest

The Path of Building link in the guide is 3.17 Can it be updated to 3.18 as the guides title is [3.18] Enki's Arc Witch - a beginner-friendly Caster?

I agree the build is nice! until you come to the part of the Crystallised Omniscience Onyx Amulet. This amulet is 40ex. Without the The Annihilating Light has no use.

So this build is only for streamers with a shipload of money. Not for a regular player. If you want to play fair (I mean not buying currency from an asian website).

I for one, have enjoyed Enki's builds in previous leagues and I'm looking forward to see how it might be adapted to work without the necklace.

Crystallized Omniscience is nice for resist fixing but absolutely not required to use Annihilating Light.



My league start has been pretty casual (only level 82 now), but I'm doing just fine running around in t8 maps with a 4L Annihilating Light and 5L Inpulsa's Broken Heart + Storm's Gift. The clear speed is incredible.

Some specific things you can do (and I did do) to fix resists with Annihilating Light:

* My current aura setup is Clarity, Wrath, Purity of Elements. You might give up some Wrath DPS for Determination if you don't like dying as much as I seem to. I don't have the reservation efficiency to run all three yet.
* I lucked into buying an Annihilating Light with only 63% reduced resistances for a reasonable price. Good luck?
* Divine Judgement on the tree has elemental mastery, which offers +15% elemental resistances.
* Asylum is easy to get to and gives some nice chaos resistance and reduced curse effect, but more importantly the mastery has an option that gives 12% all elemental resistances. If you fix your resists elsewhere later, you can unspec the whole orbit, or swap the mastery for one of the nice immunity options until you're ready to buy a cluster jewel (or have some other reason to spend those points).
* I'm in softcore, and I believe that if I'm paying for 6 portals, I should use all 6, at least occasionally.

My eventual plan is to go all in on a Herald of Thunder autobomber, but I figured I'd level and map with Arc Witch until I have the rest of the pieces. Because of this, some of my deviations from the guide may seem odd.

Ah, it seems you're a man of culture!

As previously mentioned, I've worked on a new endgame setup that doesn't require Crystallised Omniscience. The amulet is still used in the High Budget tier for anyone who wants to go all out with this build.

Please check the gear section and update to the new POB-setup!
