Hi first of all thanks for the build and perfect guide I am well really new in poe and this is my second char that made it through campaign thanks to your build. I am playing SSF so my resources are limited and I would like to ask if you have some time to check my char and maybe tell me what and how should I improve please if you can be patient and explaing everything like to a 3 years old kid because poe is a lot more complicated than wow/d3 that I played before. I was insanely lucky and got an inpulsa and 6l it so I've got that covered I am still missing one trial for eternal lab because the game is a bit*h but otherwise maybe I should do some crafting/fossil crafting? I really don't know any tips will be appreciated and once more thanks for the build and for the step by step leveling guide it helped a lot.

Not sure if it's been asked, but is it worth dropping Clarity for the Clear Mind Jewel? Wrath is socketed in Essence Worm so it reserves no mana so it seems like it might be a good damage increase with only a minimal loss of mana regen.

I know it's not question strictly about build but if I get all lvl 20 skills on 20 quality should I try to corrupt all of them? I'm not sure if I get it right but when i use vaal orb I have chance to get lvl 21 quality 20 gem but also it's possible to get for example lvl 20 corrupted gem with quality under 20?

Just have to say, as someone who has been playing off and on for a long time, but never really found his 'niche' - (and loves everything about lightning!) - this build has been fantastic!

I appreciate your write up and the time taken to share this with us =)

In case anyone else is playing this in HC this is the setup I've been having some success with. Jewels and Jewelry could use some work though.

@Krooner Go with Vaal Arc, Spell Echo, Controlled Destruction, Lightning Pen, & Added Lightning Damage. Add Hypothermia when you get a 6-Link.

@avalonmabi You overleveled your Immortal call gem. Buy a new one and keep it at level 3. It can't go above level 3 or it won't proc with a level 1 cwdt.

Why we're not using it at endgame

In Endgame you gonna usa Essence Worm with Wrath on it, essence worm makes a aura in him no consume mana, but increases the cost of other auras in 40%...

So you can't use more than 1 aura ( Except Clarity, because clarity consumes FLAT mana to active), because the mana cost of use herald of thunder+ wrath is insane, and this build use Mind over Matter too.

I made it, its ok from me, no problem with mana regen at moment, but sacrifice a jewel slot in this build is a pain...

You need 2 sockets to use Fragility to get perma onslaught, using this gem for this purpose will cause you to lose one slot that could be used for a gem that gives hp and lightning damage...

At moment im using this, but in lvl 88, my hp is so low... thinking to change to a 7%¨Life gem with lightning damage or Lightning Penetration,
