Great guide!

This is my second character, in my second league and I am enjoying it a lot. And learning a fair bit.

My question is that I am using Doryani's Catalyst right now, but I just found this recently:


Do you think the Pen and added cold spells is better? I have lvl 7 cat, so I can craft cast speed on it or Int.

Edit: or would crafting more lightning % damage to match the doryani's be better? and not get any cast speed

Sorry if this is a dumb question but why do we need Fragility jewels? As far as I know, we're not generating any Endurance charges... Or am I wrong?

Correct, we arent. The reason for the Fragility jewels is Ahn's Heritage is -1 endurance charge and the jewels are -1 each - bringing us from our default maximum of 3 endurance charges down to 0. Ahn's gives us Onslaught at maximum endurance charges. Since our maximum is now zero, we always have Onslaught =)

Naturally, there is no reason to use Fragility jewels until you have Ahn's Heritage.

Just wanted to thank you again Enki for your guide today killed Uber Atziri (1 portal remaining although all the deaths were avoidable if I wasn't a moron) for the very first time with pretty much garbage SSF gear and with 2 missing gem setups. I hope I'll be able to finish the rest of the endgame content with arc because at this point I am still having a lot of fun. Keep it up you did an amazing job here.

I managed to get my lightning res highest - is Wise Oak to replace the mana flask or silver? Thanks

Update: managed to 6link my inpulsas after around 500 fuses! Hooray!

Not sure what I should focus on next. I think most of my gear is fairly decent atm, although no enchants so perhaps I should focus on that.

Oh also I just hit 91. Really don't think I'll get much past 94 at most, so should I go for the jewel slot, nimbleness or towards coldhearted calculation you think?

A bit of questions on progression

I'm on SSFHCD, character https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/GeF/characters

Currently unlocking all T3 maps, chancing Inpulsa and running Delves at ~80 deeps. So basically I'm in the very beginning of the end game.

When is a good time to try Atziri? Taking into account, that will be my first Atziri ever. Yeah, I know, HC and SSF is not the best league to try bosses but I feel very comfortable with this build. RIPed once in Delve from Darkness. Previously I was mainly playing rangers with TS.
Currently I have 4.6k hp, ~1-1.1k unreserved mana, ~42k DPS on Arc (as shown directly on skill)

I'd appreciate any advice

I would like to ask topic starter or someone who knows:

1. "Shock effect" and "Hinder" for the abyssal jewel - is it "% increased Shock effect" and "% increased damage with hits and alignments against hindered enemies"? Should I look for this "Hinder" if I don't use Singularity?

2. Question about the gems listed in "Gem Setup". There are three 4-link groups and three 3-link groups. But I have only two 3-socket items. Now I use golems and totem. How and where shoul I put Clarity group? Shoul I use it insted of golems or totem?
