Block incin and stuff *Discontinued due to Incinerate nerfs*

I really hope its some kind of Bug and not intended, why would you stealth nerf something 4 hours before huge release?
So lemme get this straight, build seems to have been heavily nerfed because SE no longer works with Incinerate, which is a big hit to lifegain/sustain and a smaller hit to damage, even if you sub faster casting?

So... GGG had planned a nerf for Incinerate afterall.

Incinerate now has a base cast speed of 200 ms, so 5 casts per second.
Assuming 11% increased cast speed from tree, 8-12% from Cybil's, 10-15% from Lazwhar, you would get

- with level 20 Spell Echo (70% more cast speed):
between 5*((1+0.11+0.08+0.10)*1.70) = 11 casts per second
and 5*((1+0.11+0.12+0.15)*1.70) = 11.7 casts per second

- with level 20/20 Faster Casting (49% increased cast speed):
between 5*(1+0.11+0.08+0.10+0.49) = 8.9 casts per second
and 5*(1+0.11+0.12+0.15+0.49) = 9.4 casts per second

if I didn't make a mistake somewhere. The fourth stage will also take a little bit longer to reach. A non-negligible nerf to damage output, mana cost, and life gain on spell hit per second.

Edit: if my math is wrong, please do correct me.

I was just trying to figure out the math on this too. I think you have it right, but wondering what it does to our LGoH?
