2nd: those 3-8c arent ilvl 63 and cannot roll +2

question:
why dont we use blood rage to generate frenzy charge?

Wasn't about casual or not, was about cost of the bow in relationship to the time the league had been active.

RE: Blood Rage. We do. Check the gem links spoiler. It's also the reason we get Heart of Oak, Master of the Arena, and Golem's Blood, to balance out Blood Rage's degeneration. The Frenzy setup is for running reduced recovery or vulnerability maps where Blood Rage isn't an option, and for breaking barrels/pots etc.

basically my opinion with this buil in a new league:

-getting 5L+2 bow is quite easy
-buying jewel early is impossible since this build is meta atm, better not go jewel route to start.
-getting empower lvl 3 is impossible early on, so u need to use faster projectile instead(no idea how u can get an empower lvl3 xD)
-quiver is a good source of life+res, since drillneck cost too much early on
-frenzy charge are an easy way of getting more dps, while u cant afford jewels

Yep, that's precisely why I have a pre-jewel tree.

If your time is limited and you can't level an Empower 3 on your own, the build will eventually enable you to afford one. They're fairly cheap (1-2ex) for a corrupted Empower 3 although they're probably more like 3-4ex early.. Once you have the build complete (at least +2 bow and Drillneck, with dual Andvarius and Goldwyrm) it takes about 4 hours or so to farm up 2ex worth of currency.

So if you can only afford to put in 2 hours a day, it's about four days to get one @ 4ex. Not bad.

Alternately, you can level an Empower from 1-2 yourself and hope your corruption hits to get it to level 3 quickly.

In the Darkshrine leagues, you can sacrifice crit multi items for a chance to gain 20% quality for some item in your inventory. Thus, it's easy to get a 20% quality empower in Darkshrine which will halve the leveling time.

Nonetheless, it still takes quite awhile to get to level 3 even with 20 quality.

is there any setup we can use to boost our single target (boss) DPS?!

trap with something? or vaal skill?!

anyway to deal more dps while the cloud does his magic?!

i cant rly afford good jewels...i have like 5chaos xD
my PA DPS atm is: 4500, was wondering if it was good?!
using a 5L+2 bow with:
PA/Conc effect/faster proj/slower proj/inc AoE

any improvement i can make?! i still feel 4500 DPS is quite low for my lvl

Link with Increased Duration; yes, it's for the shock effect.

Hey, how do you get enough intelligence and str to lvl your gems?
