[outdated] Caustic Arrow Solo Map MFer (20/300+)

So I went for a test run. This is what I did: Spell Totem + Spell Echo + Faster Casting + Wither. In terms of speed and covering the crowd it's very good. But not sure how much effective it is when it comes to damage buff. That I leave to the experts.

a) Echo doesn't work with spells in totems
b) Wouldn't matter if it did, Echo doesn't work with Wither

Use AoE there instead.

Thank you for your kind help. It works well for me. The only downside might be the fact that you can't control the priority of your targets, but I just hit where it hits.
Edit: I meant the usage of AoE instead of SE.

Essance drain for me so far is 8.5k dps with 6 charges and abyss call. 4 link is ED VD SP CD

So which variant would you say can output the highest CA DPS, all things considered? I'm guessing Shadow IR?

Just hit lvl 58 and got my +2 5Link and am clearing cruel act 4 with absolute ease. 1 arrow is enough to kill most blue packs. I linked a spell totem up with wither for stronger rares and bosses. By the way Void Manipulation is a green gem o.O it wouldn't take any more chromes.

Running CA at 27 now, in a 5 link. It's doing ok. The nerf hurts, but it's usable, and Wither does make things more tolerable.

Sitting at 15555 dps pre-frenzy, 5 frenzy charges, probably going to have to drop that a bit to get back up to 4k hp.

With all the extra regen, it does make using Divination Distillate a bit more of a challenge, hmm.

Yeah. It's going to take a bit of playtesting but I think Shadow ends up actually being the best class for CA now, so you might see this guide move over there. We'll see though, I might be able to find a way to squeeze more damage out of Ranger.

Feel free to drop Master of the Arena. You'll still be able to out-regen Blood Rage, so it may continue to prove difficult to run Div Distillate, but it should be easier with 4% regen instead of 5%.

Which 3 master´s are usefull for use?

Defensively, you want Haku, Elreon and Tora in order to mastercraft missing affixes.

But once you have Haku or Tora to level 6 (last level for max roll mastercrafted resistances), switch out to Catarina so you can gain access to the metamod to craft your own bow once she reaches level 8.
