Have some questions about Culling strike Windripper.
1- First of all, is it luxury item or it really helps clear speed? (Well i can't afford +1 Arrow), so in terms of value, does it worth to make it 6 Link?
2- What is interaction between Herald of Ice and Onslaught support? Because if the bows is always killing mobs with culling strike so, HoI will not kill and there is no onslaught buff. (Is there a solution for this?)
3- Also i'm using Projectile weakness linked with Herald Of Ice, what will happen to curse setup with culling effect on bow? Will it not change anything?

Just wanted to ask about how well this build would perform with "only" 5 linked Windripper and Queen of the Forest? Is that enough to get well into endgame or is the 6 links absolutely needed? :)
Depends on what you mean with endgame... for endgame bosses or shaped vaults no, but still good enough to farm mid tier maps until you save up for the 6link ;)
Was working through red tier maps for lvling/getting currency I was thinking of :) Bought a 5 linked Queen earlier since that wasnt a very big investment but was wondering if getting a 5 linked Windripper is worth it or just save those chaos/exalts for 6 linked?
i would buy one and try to 6link myself. Stop at a 5link.
If you buy a 5link you can always resell it for a couple ex

My curse Setup:
1) i would sell it, due to the fact that it doesnt rlly benefit us that much, unless you play in party where you need to kill stuff for MF. Also onslaught cannot be gained, so thats a loss.
2) I dont know. Herald of ice procs when you kill a frozen mob, so it should still work as you still freeze with cull, as long as your TS projectiles doesnt hit the mobs the HoI are supposed to kill
3) it should not change anything, as you will still proc herald of ice explosions.

also bear in mind HoI will be reserving way more mana, due to being linked with more support gems

That's not even remotely correct. Heralds / auras do not reserve more when linked to stuff with mana multipliers, the mana reservation is fixed.

On your profile I see you using grace and don't see anything on the guide about grace should we look into it?
Also what should we have on our skill tab besides tornado shot/barrage/herald of ice/blink?

That's not even remotely correct. Heralds / auras do not reserve more when linked to stuff with mana multipliers, the mana reservation is fixed.
You are wrong, im sorry to say... If that was the case everyone would be running around with empowered auras, which they dont, because manamultipliers DO benefit heralds and other auras.
Herald of Ice reserves 25%, but in our build, due to the onslaught support, it reserves 27%. Go check ingame if you dont believe me sir.

I use grace, because we go queen of the forest, and it will give me more movement speed. Thanks, i will add it to the guide!
On my skill tab i have TS/Barrage/Golem/Portal gem/blink arrow/auras
