How do I get enough dex for bows and green gems? Should I just use equipment with +dex? Returning player, don't remember much ;)

I have a question here : I am the only one that find the nodes that give both life and mana cost reductions insane for this build ? I think each in average gives 4% life 3% reduce cost , that in reality would be like 6% each node in practice or more because of the high cost of the skill and the times you use it per second, I think some math would demonstrate that they are very worth to pick up , much more than bloodless in fact .
