I'm at lv 84 with 5180 ES. My Discharge is doing 8k damage. Should I get more ES or more damage so I can leech more?

If you get oneshotted a lot, get ES, if you don't sustain boss damage through leech, get moar dps
That's all i can say without seeing your equip/tree/gems

For example: I didn't get one shot by Malachai (act 4, not map) but I couldn't sustain his damage. Same goes for the second boss in the labyrinth (this big dude after the first encounter with the boss that leaves after getting some damage which was pretty easy with this build)

I presume that the second boss in the labyrinth is Argus, or a similar name. The big gargoyle. if so, it does a quite high amount of physical damage, probabiliy is more dangerous than izaro itself because of it's high attack speed.

Well then, not enough leech it is. you could for some time switch off purity of ice and replace it with a blasphemy + warlord mark to have a permanent uptime of it, to start leeching from the start

Meanwhile, scrap the whole tree branch here : http://clip2net.com/s/3yG64Lf and invest those 6 points in here:
- 2 pts for the jewel slot to the south of "Faith and Steel"
- 2 pts for the jewel slot east of "Instability"
- 2 pts for the jewel slot to the south of "Stamina"

In case your resistances are low (didn't do the math from your equip, but saw that too much of them don't give resists ) just aim for 3 jewels with STR/DEX + resitance rolls. Just pushing to high resistance can help you get enough sustain, expecially against elemental spamming enemies like dominus.
Meanwhile, if you get lucky with 10-15 str per jewel, you get near a point where you can change the Meginord gloves with rare ES gloves, for more hp.

To further increase damage at your level, i suggest searching for bonus attack speed in those 3 jewels, to increase the number of attacks per second, but remember that res + attributes is your primary concern, here... better raise def to not die, afterall :P

Finally, i noticed in your skill tree that you didn't set an ascendancy for that pg, i hope you did the lab runs ingame, scion ascendant is quite helpful in many ways, including a +60 str and +20 dex nodes that can help gearing process. if you didn't lab runs, feel free to contact me ingame, i can help running it

So, patch notes has landed but theres no info on previously announced Ascendancy trees "rebalance" or I missed something?

They already released the changes to Ascendancy Classes via the 2.30 offline skill tree data.

I know that, used that data to desing 2.3 trees, still it was released under "subject may change" tag and so theres currently no official confirmation about those changes as far as 2.3 patch goes.

The ascendancy changes are pretty much official... I wouldn't expect deviation from what they released
