Meta craft? There was only 1 suffix open so I calculated every scenario with PoB if I craft the multimod. Nothing was better then then the AS. What would have you done differently?

Third and most important: When im in maps, sometimes got physical degeneration debuff (corrupted blood) and automaticaly my life dissapear. Isnt that an Ailment? Why when i crush the flasks dont dissapear? Im not inmune to that?

according to the POB of the guide it has 4.28 aps and 50 manacost so thats 214 manacost per second

natural mana regen is 44 and leech at cap is 190.

so unless its a less/no recovery map it should be fine

with lower level and without primal spirit it might be problem...one could take the left side of the wand wheel or take a wand with less aps...or legacy vinktar :D

You probably forget the fact that manaleech is not instant. That's why OoM happens :P
