Again, the build relies on Queen of the Forest for movespeed and evasion. You are not using that chest.
Your flasks have no real synergy other than just "being there."

So...
Step one, get a Queen of the Forest.
Step two, roll a stibnite and jade flask with the proper suffixes of move speed or evasion.

That will set you on the start to actually using the build you're reading.

Depends on whether he cant kill the boss because he lacks dps or because he's dying to them all the time.
You cant kill a boss when you are dead.

And looking at his gear, its definitely not DPS issue to kill t5 bosses.

Unless his gem setup is totally fucked up or his tree is fucked up
