Just started this build after speccing out of Spectral Throw. Anything to upgrade from here outside of Taste of Hate? Also, how do I deal with bosses? I'm trying to use this build to run shaped vault, but I keep dying and I have almost no single target damage. The only thing I miss is the ability to generate frenzy charges from hitting rare/uniques. It feels a bit slower, but I prefer 100% uptime of flasks, (100% increased charges gained on killing enemies that are affected by elemental ailments, which is ALWAYS).
