Hi, I am a new player and I will be grateful if anyone can help me with the question: I have 1000+ es regen rate and 100+ life regen, and I picked up ZO. Then I realized my es regen became 100+. It seems that I need to stack tons of life regen for ZO to be effective. If you use Essence Drain; 0.5% of it's damage is gained as life REGEN (It's like life leech but it's technically regen) With ZO That regen gets applied to Energy Shield.
