Looking into this more, seems there was a ninja nerf in the patch to make only 1 totem per spectre just to nerf this build. Super depressing as I just saved and invested to get the shield. Please add a disclaimer to this build for this, as it is still titled "burning spectres" torch the atlas, leading people to think that tukohama's is thew way to go.

You just infered this from the shield description, actually what he said was "it will grant you 40% more dmg to your totems" there was nothing saying it will grant you +1 totem...

Tf is an Option for most dps but only with linking inc. Duration. Then u can get up to 8 totems same time with this build.

got this helm today...

bought a chimera map and failed EASY! :) just died 6 times, saw the boss for the first 3 seconds than just got ripped from below... think im not smart enough^^

np, a fun build and ill try it again :)

Sigh... stop calling it ninja nerf.

That info was given even before official patch notes, and when was published it was discussed in that thread for very long time.

If you don't even read patch notes, i don't understand how you even have audacity to call anything a "ninja" nerf.

What disturbing me even more - is that you aren't the first one here with exactly same words... Why call anything at all as "ninja", if everything for you will be ninja, cause screw those patchnotes, nobody needs them, right?

Just keep your bone offering up at all times, and you are literally immortal.

Nice helm, by the way. It's the shame that raise spectre will not benefit from +2 gems.

What i desire right now is same helm with concentrated damage, instead of burning damage, for my flame golems. This would be awesome.

Easily one of the most broken builds in the game. Just switch to TV if you plan to do the hardest bosses and they'll melt everything.

Started the character and the same day I killed Shaper (Had currency so my gear is quite good but still).

hum... spectres dont benefit from +2 to minions? on mouseover (on spectre gem) +2 levels from item show up. sorry for my bad english... :)

I have lvl 19 summon spectre, and they already permit lvl 100 spectres, so yeah ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yeah, agreed. As summoner you don't even need expensive gear. New helmets removed any need in 6-link chest. New shaped shields and amulets made configuration even easier and more powerfull.

And most of all, spectres kick ass all by themselves (without your gear or anything expensive), and hit their top even before lvl 20 gem, so no need in empower too.

It's a build that just combine everything "whatever" in couple of chaos, and standing completely still right beside guardian, blocking everything like a god and watching him melting faster than most of the other builds.

P.S. Mostly it's so OP because of 2 things:
1) bone offering, that let us achieve both cap of block and spell block without any need in currency, moreover make us nearly invincible with that life gain on block. This skill by itself our entire fortune
2) Spectres that also don't need any expensive unique or gems. They becomes good by themselves without any additional investment, and it's ridiculous.

That's why we get ultimate attack and ultimate defence. Both without investment... Well, lets enjoy those things while we can.
