[3.3]Elemental spectral throw pathfinder, good endgame and maps farmer

How would you level this build as a leaguestarter? Because there is not really a chance early on to use spectral throw, because there are no good weapons and no levelitems etc.

you just need any claw with good as and crit, you can easily get one from vendor or with essence. They, use herald + wrath + added lightning and you have good amount of lightning damage. Use some good flasks like silver/sulphur for damage boosts on bosses. This build is really esay to lvlup with.

Okay, trees are updated! I've made a bit more changes than i expexted, cause removing vp game me 4 points. SO, now we can take more life and alchemist node, but need to drop 2 jewels. I think this is a good deal cause in 3.0 i had 154 int without any int on gear... and ofc i had a problems with gear requirements. Now i will have 170+ int so thats nice. If you will find some problems with trees, please, tell me, i've just woke up :D

I have a noob question. Are all gems on the build maximized in level?

I understand CWdT and Immortal Call are level 1 so it triggers more often. But it seems you recommend Shield Charge, Charged Dash and Culling Strike all in very low level. Why they are not worth it to level?

there is just no point in lvling them up :)
shield charge has strenght requirements, and strenght in my builds is low and culling ctrike/charged dash have no bonuses for me from lvls.

How bout Raider instead of PF here?

We need Vaal Pact in this build? Cuz they replaced VP perk on passive tree and i'm not sure about it> ;3
