Beast Fur Shawl... that must have been pre-3.0, where that was a great choice for the build as it was based around traditional ES equipment rather than strength. Perhaps you were playing the "After Dark" edition with Consuming Dark and split Fire/Chaos damage? Be that as it may, the flametank is tankier in 3.2 than 3.0, and 3.0 was both much, much, tankier and dealt more damage than the pre-3.0 variants ever did.

If I remember correctly it was 2.2 or 2.3? Its was a long time ago and it was a fire-chaos conversion build yes. Good ol' times :D


@Volcanicrage - sadly your build doesn't match the needed criteria to be contained. Please add your gear and a non-pob skill tree. If you've done that please ask again and I gladly add you to the list. :)

Please linked your gear and maybe exclude the tearm cheap in your guide.
Eye of Chayula, Shavs... thats not cheap.

I know you're against adding DPS numbers to the title, so I removed it from the first entry above. But I personally don't like looking at build without having some idea of a realistic DPS because many builds I find too weak.
