help for an old build (ele spectral throw)

Hi guys, I miss a lot my spectral trow build. I don't know if there is something a bit simillar where I can use my char with their gear (witch I didn't play for about 2/3 years)

If any have a link or suggestion of how to play in a similar build I'll be very happy :)
