Life regeneration is 11% in all.
2% of them are foot enchantments.
Although 6% is due to Consecreated Ground, you can maintain Flask for a long time due to the effect of Pathfinder.

Really want to do this build as a starter for Delve, is it possible to do it without the high priced items?

Without soul ripper the farm speed drops considerably.
If you do not place too much emphasis on farm speed, you can play well enough.
