Im not even using a melee spectre and i still want a gem with that quality for my summoner, i feel like increased life is much beter then movespeed.

so your running spectre's as temp minions similar to skeletons.

Losing the Minion Movespeed by taking an AQ Raise specter could be ok if you also have the AQ convocation that gives 40% movespeed in addition to the life regen buff.

1. Is levelling guide from your videos/forum and budget version viable for 3.12 or you're gonna make some changes (e.g which gems to take/buy in town) before league starts? And which you recommend to follow? Video guide or forum guide? I see some differencies like not buying combustion/elemental focus in your videos etc.
2. You have really fun and sweet voice to listen to and I'm wondering where are you from girl? :D
