I'm using FAS right now, but I want to ask if SO is better or they got nerf?

So, it's not clear to me how EE should be set up from acts 5-10. This image says to take EE 9th (which is around act 4/5):
https://i.imgur.com/eDZKhyt.jpg However, the gem setup has no EE trigger listed: https://imgur.com/kjLOura Also, it still has Infernal Legion linked to skitterbots, but Slave Drivers as the spectre.
