Just got this belt as an upgrade, and to fix my lack of lighting res. I was wondering, does the "16% increased damage" works with this build? Because if this doesnt work I should probably change for another modifier. Any recommendations?

Hello, having so much fun with this build. I'm playing on a 7 year old potato laptop and still i don't die that often unless it's a 10+ sec screen freeze.
Anyways i wanted to ask about order of gems i should get to 20% quality?

your next upgreade could be expecive cuz your gear its ok right now. you need only to min max the build now.
you should go for t1 life on all piece: like boots, belt etc... like this

first is only 2 mods for you ( staff ofc dont work )
