can't understand why +1 bow fire arrow from shaper quiver is better than 70 % more damage with ailement + 2 skills point saved (20% chance poison)+3 frenzy charges frome elder quiver ??? what i missing ?

There are no quivers with MORE damage. They only give INCREASED damage, which is additive. Can you give en example of such Elder quiver you are talking about?
