But I have a question, how does Elemental Equilibrium work with spectre and how do I use it right?
It's mostly for bosses, hit them with shield charge and some added non-fire damage
Thanks for your reply, but what about the "Minions deal additional fire damage" modifier. Do minions proc Ele. Equilibrium with those jewels?

In guide two times linked old Vis Mortis with +1 spectr. I think its need to update to actual no-spectre version (if its steel good choice), because now guide looks like just renamed to 3.8

-3.8 PoB link updated. Levelling trees added!
- Both Viz Mortis and Bones of Ullr CANNOT have +1 spectres anymore, yet they still stay as best in slot items for levelling!
-faq section added about proccing EE.

(Elemental Equilibrium - Enemies you hit with Elemental Damage temporarily get +25% Resistance to those Elements and -50% Resistance to other Elements)
