Why does the PoB link have enemies with -90% cold resistance?

We are using 5 curses.
Due to the icebite and elemental weakness curses, the enemy have like -90% cold resistant.
Though this number effect lesser on end game bosses. Since we have like 76% curse effectiveness.
That mean the end game bosses have like 4% reduce curse effectiveness on them.

The curses already apply their effects when enabled. You can literally see the DPS increase/decrease. Your -90% cold resistance setting is falsely boosting your DPS.

Always take note on bosses that deal bleed as our life is only 1.

Isn't 28% increased spell damage better than 22% increased elemental damage?

Your 2 points in the far left of the tree, you could instead take the +16 and +12 increased spell damage top left of the witch starting area.
