Updated the build for 3.7, main changes were maximizing build strength from the new tree (we gained a couple hundred life, 5% more dps, 20% flask charges gained, all for about 1.5% build movement speed!) The cooldown on our blink arrow is even lower now too!

Also changed immortal call with level 1 cast when damage taken to level 14 steelskin with level 8 cast when damage taken. You can still use immortal call if you want, either way, the major protection against porcupines is shattering now, so make sure you have enough cold damage and crit chance!

Is this a standard build only? Because the flask isnt available (iirc).
