it's random, if you start with max frenzy on bosses you should be good
When you activate the monolith flicker targets the "time frozen" enemes, it's smooth and ez

There isn't a flicker guide for a max level flicker guide on any ascendancy Where do we go when we finish the tree here. having a blast with it but would like to see where to take this past 40 and ascendancy information.

I'm using a 4 link frenzy, but I dont like it. I will try something else. maybe blade flurry.

honestly, i try to stun them before they stun me. you can take the stun pantheon too.
