I opted to just get normal ass dude-boots with Empower to juice Purity of Ice to the 5% breakpoint. You can still roll mini-tailwind on them along with another buff of choice from the other Eldritch guy, plus you can get a sick fractured mod locked in for essence spam.

Fyi, you can get lvl 25 purity of ice as an implicit mod on the circle of nostalgia. I've seen them go anywhere from 20c to 1 ex.

" you can use the standard method of getting double elevated (or not) onslaught and tailwind on one boots, then craft suffix cannot be changed and reforge cold. this is the same method as crafting a triple onslaught/tailwind/elusive boots. just that instead of reforging crit to get elusive, you reforge cold for the +2 cold gem. do note that there are 3 or 4 cold mods. so it's not a one-craft thing. mateki#0270 님이 2022. 2. 25. 오전 2:44:31에 마지막으로 편집

threw 12 ex worth of grand embers on helm to try and get any one of the despair implicits, no luck. Is there any other searing exarch implicit thats good?

" Oh no no no. You dont craft the implicits like this. You start with lessers ideally and then just work your way up with orb of conflict. Especially whe its exarch implicit what are more expensive. But also check latest pob you dont have up to date one, now we go for recoup (or at least imo its just busted). And you are fine with just lesser tier so just use lessers to roll it, can upgrade later. EDIT: Oh wait I just realized i never updated the pob with recoup, wtf. Oh well, phys take as cold + cold recoup, rly good, would recommend, I will update the pob. " Oh i mean i already orb of conflicted up to 8% phys dmg taken as cold, its the other implicit that was costing so much. but yea ill stop at recoup, thats what i did before. |
