[3.17] Wallach's Hierophant Freezing Pulse Totems (No Further Updates)

This is the best starter build I've ever tried. I'm actually surprised it's not been nerfed at all (hope it'll stay that way too)! Even better is the fact that it can scale all the way through to late game which is great because I prefer sticking with a single character all league.

Trying the build first time - leveling was super cool and easy, I even took HFT to first T2 maps, but dmg was lacking and I couldn't even do first reward from ultimatum (casting all the spells in tandem to get some dmg going was clunky and got killed often by op circle monsters).

I decided to do the switch to FP, and I am doing zero dps?? rares in T1 map take time to kill like t16 boss on resolute technique.

Couple things I suspect myself:

My FP gems are lvl 10 atm cause forgot to lvl them, I don't use self flaggelation (can't see it even mentioned in guide or Im blind)

Can someone pls take a look and let me know what is wrong?

Quite aside from anything else, freezing pulse scales very well with levels. At 10, you're effectively still in act 3 with it. You'll need to get a few more levels on the gem.

Also changed old wand for something better suited for fold spells:

How do you acquire more Dex for the green gems?
Also how do I get more than 3 totems without using Multiple Totem?

Get dex from the tree, e.g. Precision or Coordination. Or from gear:

+1 totem from Soul Mantle, +1 from Ancestral Bond, +1 from Pursuit of Faith.

Tukohama's Fortress grants you the Blood Magic keystone, which requires a pretty significant build concept. It's not really something you can easily add to this build, unfortunately.

Also I see your end game skill tree you pick Pain Attunment, any reason why since we're not low life?
