THIS IS ACTUALLY VIABLE I FEEL, I fully expected it to be shit because I like miner builds, GGG nerfed all the BEST builds, but this ain't BAD

But whats wrong with hat? Ur is barely better in pob. Really es leeches from mines? Also self-control in small cluster doesnt work with life reserve, change it
