Second question, what is better to go without Grip of the council gloves for max dmg:

1) stone golem + minion damage + impale + melee phys + multistrike + empower (and elemental equlibrium + hatred)

or

2) stone golem + minion damage + impale + melee phys + multistrike + brutality (pride instead of hatred)

Have another good skill for apply curse instead storm brand?

Any suggestion on how to craft this on chest "+1 to level of socketed support gems"?... THanks

Ball lightning. And that goes well with 15 life per enemy hit by spells on a ring.

What is a good way to level before you are able to get golems? Are you able to level straight up to golems without having to change the tree too much?

I am planning on using this as my Heist league starter, but haven't leveled a summoner before.
