2.3m Tooltip w/ bare hands! Hollow Palm Raider

Selling a +20% dex +20 flat dex brutal restraint that'd synergize beautifully with this build. It's @ the ranger starting jewel socket. Hit me up if anyone is still rolling this build and looking to max it out.

I'd consider selling my full build like ToiletPaper did as well.

Raider w/ 1400 dex and 5.5k life @ 90. Can provide all gems and tree. Attack skill is Ice Crash

My tool tip while fully frenzied/flasked is 3.8mil on ice crash.

Would you still recommend ranger or another class for a infernal blow version of hallow palm?

It should be fine on raider, you've got a couple options. You can switch out the neck and go with a xophs blood for avatar of fire and you could use a fire pen support instead of phys to light.
Or you can run it hybrid light/fire if you want which would net you more DeX since you could use a rare ammy but have less penetration, not sure which would be better. I'd lean more towards pure fire since you can only have exposure to one element active and you can run fire pen.

Can you use three Hollow Palm jewel at the same time?

why u do need so much strength(in rings)? just for astral plate?
