About the elemental version of the build:

You cannot have any jewels with added physical damage to minions, because with the gloves it converts to cold and you cannot apply EE with your flame golem, I just checked that in PVP.

So you have to avoid any added physical and elemental damage on jewels, which is a huge loss of damage.

Except that you never use Flame Golem anyway. Carrion gives better damage (and it's a waste of points to spec to 2 golems). You proc EE with Bladefall by using an abyss jewel with + lightning (or fire) damage to spell while Hatred is linked with Generosity.

Until they nerf Vengeful Commander stacking and Hatred double-dipping, cold AW will end up dealing much more damage than physical.
