[3.11] Spellslinger VD Necromancer. All content. Easy and fast Sirus A8 kill. Wave 20 Simulacrum.

Cheers for the build. Working a treat. I did feel that the DPS was starting to lack a bit in T16 and Sirus fights, but was able to get an Aul's with Anger mana reservation. Dripped Inc Dur on steelskin and added Anger there. Still well overcapped on all res and chaos, and it's really going to town on bosses now as well (with vaal DD included).

All in all, smashing build!

PS: Q re watcher's eye re Anger I am using now as well... increased damage or life leech? I feel like I die very rarely, so, damage? I guess my real question is: is the damage actually worth it on a watcher's eye, stating 40-60 increased fire damage when affected by Anger (I'm still a scrub when it comes to calculations re more vs increased). Is that worth giving up a jewel slot for that could easily be used for another x% life + starts jewel?

Is it for Blocking or dmg?

And my other Question is "The Agnostic" , if i skill it my mana is every time nearly empty for enduring cry etc. when i get hits
I Have ATM 1107 Mana, and 2x Reserved = 154 Mana left
What do i need to work with this skill?

SC is simply a movement skill, it's to get around faster, but also triggers fortify on the hit.

Re mana, I rolled a small cluster jewel that sorted out my mana. Also have one ring with -7 mana + some reduced mana cost nodes (as per the pob tree, the Tireless node, for example). With all of that, I don't run out of mana, ever.



EDIT: I felt it was worth sacrificing a jewel slot for that, simply for QoL.

EDIT2: I used that jewel right at the start, and it made a huge difference during leveling. With regen and such it's not really required anymore, but using it till my late lvl 80's, to keep my chaos res capped. Have changed to another life jewel now.

1. Shield Charge is for 2 things: Movement ability along with Flame Dash & Fortify proc

2. The Agnostic shouldn't effect your mana if you take it after you get Glorious Vanity historic jewel (and get atleast 85% chaos res) and then the Agnostic turns to Divine Flesh notable. check the notes of ancine about it.

I took Soul of the Solaris for Bosses but dunno which upgrade to take, also took Soul of Shakari because of Divine Flesh

Someone commented a few pages back when there was a discussion re Pantheons, and I thing the agreement that what you picked is generally the preferred choice when already running a Divined Flesh, so you're good I think.

Honestly, when I pick a certain set of pantheons i just upgrade the lot usually. If I had to choose only one to upgrade on Solaris, Eater all the way for me. As we're offsetting so much ele via Divine Flesh already, my preference would be to mitigate the big hits.

yes, I used 6l vd/dd before, but now change for 6l vd and do a little more damage, and 4l dd..
