Only community fork PoB works because normal PoB is not up to date and inaccurate i dont recomend using anything else than community fork PoB.

I dont know that other build but since its melee from its description i can tell that its trash compared to this build in end game.

About league starter: i recommend playing a life variant and transition into best ES low life when u have the currency.

How does the ring reservation nerf affect 3.11? Is it still possible to use the same # of auras or do I look into a re-factor now?

Can you also update the build guide with items that are attainable in 3.11? Posting a legacy Rumi's is a bit disingenuous ..

If you would have taken the time to read the Gear section its stated there regarding new rings and different helm enchant.

Pick a League Rumis if you plan to play league, no big deal (also stated in the gear section).

You know there are guides that show their PoB damage against normal monsters instead of shaper with 50% resists, having ticket on Vaal RF and RF and claim to have 90% physical damage reduction but have no clue how the armour formular works and on top claim "EZ T19 100% Delirious" although i know the damage is too low and there are no video proofs whatsoever.

This guide is probably the most INgenuous guide you will find out there.

Just did a test run on this build and this is going to be my starter. Obviously you should go life first as everyone has said because you just cant go LL as a league starter.

People are wondering about the leveling part of this build and it is very easy. What I did was to play orb of storm+stormblast+frost bomb until I got to act 3 and when you can use cremation you replace stormblast mine with cremation+ele focus+combustion this is your single target now. All this is explained in the gucciprada video which has been linked several times here. Once you hit act 6 you swap to VD/wave of conviction/desecrate and go from there.
