i see 20 % on spellslinger 19% on the belt and after that i dont know
it's on the helmet ? Because on your pob you take reduce mana reservation

For standard users:

30% cdr on helm, 19% from belt, 20% from gem = 69%

I have incorporated Righteous Fire / Vaal RF because with the new Undertaker Node in standard and my new belt enchant we got 2000 ES regen/s in combat with flasks enough to sustain Righteous Fire for showcase mapping.

There will probably be soon a video of me stomping max gilded scarabs juiced T19 100% Delirious map with Righteous Fire in 5 minutes.

As long as you dont have ring of anguish you can replace Herald of Ash for Detonate Dead + Volatile Dead. It will be much more dps.

For League users:

Go for 20% gem, 20% belt and 12% boots = 52% CDR.

In POB somehow? Like Average dmg VD or something?

Or is there an easier way?

lol i have the same issue.. i think the wand fire DPS is somehow more important than spell damage and spell flat dmg
