There is nothing about "shaper" in the title... Its normal dps.

Is the version of Offering to the serpent importnat?

Well a slightly worse Steel Ring gets sold for 70ex rn in League, that's at least for me considered somehow expensive.

We are going to full convert for pure elemental dps. giving much more dps. so you need to get a convert implict mod. you can take fire lightning or cold convert. just focus on 100% convert.
