Glorious Vanity is for the Xibaqua Divine Flesh which is slightly nerfed but not insanely huge nerf. To Obtain it, complete a 3-way legion encounter. I did roughly 30 encounters as a test run, and it only dropped about 3 times, so drop rate is 10% chance roughly

Yup srry didnt use it in harvest so i was kinda confused but readig the parch notes i notice that :D
