[3.13] Scarfuncle's Shield Charge Impaling Gladiator -Max Block, Great speed, Pack Explosions

I know we don't have the full gem data yet, but when I saw Shield Crush I immediately thought of this build; do you think that this build would translate easily into it, or would it need to be mostly reworked?
