It does not - it has 1691 es regen in that PoB.
You copied the wrong PoB for your gear (its same as OP)

I manually imported your char and had a look:
you're not having 200% aura effect (146%) - this scales with vitality for more ES regen. Fix this first. You will need 4x 6 node medium aura effect jewels with them having either 25% node effect+replenishing, or replenishing+first among equals.

They are not hard to craft if you buy ilvl 50 ones, or as close to 50 as possible, to eliminate a lot of options you can roll.

2nd thing you're missing is vivinsect rings - they grant a lot of regen as well.

3rd - though I'm not sure this is calculated in OPs PoB - holy relic grants regen to you and your allies as well.

While it is definitely a lot harder to do Sirus with dom blow, I managed just fine with my gear, which is worse then yours (I dont have awakened multi etc) - just hit him as soon as he spawns in the face until you get some minions up. Then run around in circles while your minions phase him.

Yesterday i spend 1 ex in Alterations to reroll my Medium Cluster Jewel to get Replenishing, First Among and + 3 Strength. Was really happy after i hit it.
Realized that i used a 5 passive skills jewel instead of 6. Feels bad man! ^^"

my Dmg from my Golems is a little bit slacking, i dont know what to imrpove on them. and also i die realy fast somtimes i know that i need one jewel i´m at the moment hat almost 6k ES

Stupid question and sorry if it was somewhere in the guide I might have missed it but do we use/summon the stone golem from clayshaper or only use/summon carrion golems?

Glad people are having fun. The build has gotten more popular then I expected but I think its quite effective for what it set out to do.

so when i actively am using dread banner, i dont have enough mana to run all my auras (1 gets left out). any ideas?

We keep precision at level 10 so we have enough mana to use dread banner

even with precision at 10, i have something like 30 mana available to use, i must be missing something somewhere. with curse costing 28 and sheild charge 9, sometimes it gets hairy

also while im posting, i seem to have plateaud, and cant push my carrion damage higher (2.4M). i still havent done uber lab, cant get those missing trials to spawn, but is there anything else i can do in the meantime to bump it up a bit? i was over 3M before i switched from impale support to damage on full life

Only use the Carrion Golems. The stone golem isn't linked, and is only lvl 12, so it's pretty useless

Please. Need advice how to increase golem damage and be more tankly.
Go to T16 and begin to die sometimes.

Also faced problem with mana for skills and because of that can't upgrade gems up now.

Thanks!!! I was looking at a pair of gloves with nice ES/ES% and high intel but they also have aspect of the spider on them, that'd be wasted since we don't have the mana reservation for it right?
