[3.12] Radiating Carrion Golems. 90% resistances + 10-20 Mil DPS

Hi all. I have about 12 ex saved up, and I'm trying to figure out what I should focus on upgrading first. I know there are many areas I can improves, but I'm not sure what to prioritize. Here are some of the things I see:

- Vivinsect
- Lvl 21 Carrion Golem Gem
- Upgrade medium cluster to 6
- Drop the impale gem in my chest for a red (Question, I see people recommend melee slash or damage on full life... what about empower?)
- Upgrade abyssal jewels in my belt
- Phys dam taken as 'x' on my shield
- Better gloves?
- Others?

Also, when should I start considering serious gear for my animate guardian? Mine still dies once in a while, and I sort of feel like this would be a later on thing... but getting fortify and culling strike on my crew sounds amazing.

Any advice or thoughts are greatly appreciated!

Have a look at my tree for an idea of what sockets I use keeping in mind I'm spectres but it's all hot swappable really.

Get an 8% rmr unique helmet and 2 X cheap rmr jewels for your belt.

Try to change a couple of clusters to include 30% rmr and 10% aura effect notables. (Mainly determination and grace)

If you can get a pride has 15% reduced mana reserve helm enchant.

Drop flesh offering and desecrate...shuffle your gems around. :)

Wait, there are rmr abyss jewels??

To complete this build we need to be lvl 99 right? Any tips on the best way to achieve this? I still die sometimes and at lvl 90+ even one death can set me back quite a bit.

Get 90/90/90/75 resistances, two of your cluster jewels are bad.
Basalt flask + divergent pride + phys to ele watchers eye to counter phys damage(phasing with haste is great too if you can find both). Vivinsects with +1 end charge if you are rich.

Animate guardian setup is great for surv+dmg if you are confident you can keep him alive.

Upgrade your gems to awakened versions or atleast put quality on them.
Divergent vitality-clarity-precission will rise your dps.

Also remember to upgrade your pantheons.

When really min maxing and getting rmr(reduced mana reserved) stuff to use more auras you can use:
-flesh and stone for blind/dmg reduction or maim
-aspect of the spider for slow and damage

I played this build from league start to 100. It's a very good build with many variations, but super expensive to gear in this state of the league.

I have 4 gems with replenishing presence and first among equals now. Just bought the 4th one less than 1 hr ago. Even with those two, they can be considered bad? If I follow the basic pob with 4 medium jewels with replenishing presence and first among equals I'd be able to get 300% increased effect?

One is 5 point jewel, so according to pob you are sitting at 297%.
They should be 6 point replenishing presence and first among equals/25% increased effect. Also chaos res and/or stats(str,dex) are a big plus, but might get expensive.
